Adjust Credit

This method is used to add/remove credit from a credit bundle applied to an account. Only available if your
reseller account is set up as a “type 2” “sell to shop” account, any credit added is deducted from your own
account, any deducted is added to your account.

The Id of the credit bundle to adjust credits for, must already be applied to the given account.

The number of credits to adjust by. May be positive or negative, the figure will be added to the current available total of that bundle and your account credit.
