Add Credit

This method is used to add credit to an account. Only available if your reseller account is set up as a “type
2” “sell to shop” account, any credit added is deducted from your own account.

It returns the id of the resultant credit bundle, which may be used to adjust credits later.

Optionally the number of months the credits will be available for before expiry. Maximum value is 12 months and we will default to this maximum if not supplied.
